Participation in The Great “Health First Chiropractic” Christmas Holiday Vacation Contest (“Contest”) constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Health First Chiropractic & Wellness (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to win.

Contest Period

Entries will be accepted beginning on the announced start date of December 1 and ending at 11:59 PM EST on December 22, 2025. All entries must be received by this deadline to be eligible for the prize drawing. The winner will be selected and notified on or about December 22, 2025.

Prizes

  1. Grand Prize: A 5-day, 4-night Luxury All-Inclusive Stay for two (2) adults at Secrets Playa Blanca, Cancun (approximate retail value: $6,000).

    • Airfare not included.

    • Trip must be booked and completed by December 31, 2026.

    • Subject to availability, blackout dates, and resort capacity restrictions.

    • Blackout dates include, but are not limited to, major U.S. holidays, peak resort seasons, and special event periods.

    • Additional costs, fees, upgrades, transfers, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

  2. Second Prize: A Holiday Gift Basket (approximate retail value: $500).

  3. Third Prize: A Core Essentials Nutrition Package (approximate retail value: $250).

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize is unavailable.

Travel Conditions

Grand Prize travel dates are subject to advance reservation, resort availability, and blackout periods. Winner is solely responsible for transportation to and from the resort, travel documentation (including passports), taxes, travel insurance, and all incidental expenses. Sponsor is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or lost travel opportunities.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email, phone, or social media contact. If a winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

  • Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

  • Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of any prize beyond the manufacturer’s or service provider’s standard warranty.

  • By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Health First Chiropractic & Wellness, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or acceptance/use of any prize.

Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
